The Leading Now™ Corporate Individual Program

The Leading Now™ Corporate Individual Program offers custom, individual mentoring through regularly scheduled meetings with a Leading Now™ Mentor. Additionally, 3 group learning experiences will be used to share ideas and concepts. This program is appropriate for senior executives and mid-level managers as well as rising stars.

Program Features:

• Begins with interviews to identify key challenges and objectives within your organization

• Includes 9 monthly intensive, regularly scheduled meetings with a Certified Mentor

• Participants have access to their mentor outside the scheduled sessions via email, phone or video conference

• Individual meetings are supplemented with 3 group learning experiences

• Participants will be expected to complete workbook and reading assignments

• Individual meetings may be in person or via video conference; group meetings are in person where feasible

• Recommended that CEO or senior site leader participate in some group activities

• Minimum enrollment is 4 individuals; there is no maximum
