The Leading Now™ Custom Individual Program

It's time to take the next step in your life as a leader - step into leadership mentoring. Leading Now™ Mentoring is not coaching; it isn't about teaching, instruction or training. Leading Now™ Mentoring will help you transform your aspirations into action by focusing on the skills of character, values and experiences that uniquely shape your life and leadership.

The Leading Now™ Individual Program is a unique custom, individual mentoring experience with regularly scheduled meetings with a Leading Now™ Mentor. Group learning experiences may be incorporated where feasible to share ideas and concepts. This program is appropriate for senior and aspiring leaders.

Program Features:

• Begins with a proprietary leadership assessment.

• Includes 8 monthly intensive, regularly scheduled meetings with a Certified Mentor

• Participants have access to their mentor outside the scheduled sessions via email, phone or video conference

• Individual meetings may be supplemented with group learning experiences; where feasible

• Participants will be expected to complete workbook and reading assignments

• Individual meetings may be in person or via video conference; group meetings are in person where feasible
