The Leading Now™ Executive Forum

The Leading Now™ Executive Forum focuses on the senior executives of your organization. We use group learning, peer discussion and intensive individual mentoring with a Certified Mentor to provide an experiential learning based on and relevant to your organization's unique needs. Your executive leadership team will achieve new cohesiveness, integration and alignment while maintaining the diversity of thought and action that will keep your organization resilient and strong.

Program Features:

• Begins with interviews to identify key challenges and objectives to build your customized program

• Open to a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 senior executives and leaders

• 6 bimonthly full day group sessions conducted near your site

• 6 individual one-on-one mentoring sessions for each participant conducted in person or by video conference

• Custom designed, practical, real life leadership assignments that fit your leadership opportunities

• Additional individual mentoring sessions are available
