The Leading Now™ Corporate Group Program

The Leading Now™ Corporate Group Program is geared to meet the specific demands of your organization. Build a cohesive executive team. Develop your bench strength by investing in high potential mid level leaders and rising star junior managers. Our preparation includes interviews with key executives and research into the dynamics of your organization and the culture in which participants must lead. This program is concentrated and intensive, delivered over three consecutive days. This may incoporate a weekend day or days if so desired.

• Begins with interviews to identify key challenges and objectives to build your customized program

• Groups of 12 to 50 participants can be accomodated

• 3 consecutive full day sessions

• Recommend that CEO or a senior site executive take part in program as one of the leaders and as an "audience" for several key excercises

• Additional individual mentoring sessions are available
