Billie Spell – Founder and Prinicpal

With 25+ years of experience leading in the telecommunications and technology sectors, Ms. Spell has practical real world knowledge and leadership experience and a proven record of delivering results. A graduate of the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Information Systems Management, she has deep and broad business experience as a senior leader across a variety of disciplines including software engineering, business process management, quality assurance and customer service.

Marty Katz – CTO

With twenty years leading innovation in Software QA and SCM, Mr. Katz holds a Masters in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University (SLO) and specializes in Build Automation and Software Release. His consulting firm, QBD Consulting, delivers build and release solutions to some of the largest technology firms in Silicon Valley.

Dr. Michael Shenkman – Advisor

Michael Shenkman developed the Arch of Leadership program based on extensive research and more than 20 years of consulting experience and acting as executive coach and mentor. He holds a Ph.D. from Boston College and a BA from Dickinson College. He is a pre-eminent thinker, writer and speaker on leadership and leader mentoring. Dr. Shenkman has published four books. His newest, Leader Mentoring - Find, Inspire and Cultivate Great Leaders, challenges the status quo of leadership development and describes how professional leader mentoring will develop your most promising leaders.
